  Local Shippers and receivers are now required to provide the following:
  - For all samples and advertising materials exported out of China, a Power of Attorney (POA) with a 10-digit Customs Registration Code (CRC) and a copy of Customs Registration license should be submitted every time you declare. For local senders who have not yet registered with China Customs, an export agency agreement with qualified agent or Business Unit Attorney (BUA) # and a copy of Customs Registration license by agent should be submitted when making a declaration.
  - For all samples and advertising materials imported from China, CRC and Chinese Harmonized System Code (HSC) should be submitted every time you declare.
